Wendy Forbes is a sought-after navigator of the increasingly complex seas of social media marketing in the tourism and hospitality industry. As owner of Wendy92 LLC, she provides the online personality and voice for many of New Mexico’s leading travel brands and is curator-in-chief of the latest buzz, trends and social media tactics being used today by hotels, restaurants, attractions and destinations worldwide.
Wendy has served as an agency media strategist, award-winning television news producer, public relations director and advertising agency account executive. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of Miami.
Wendy is an active member of New Mexico’s tourism and hospitality community. She served as the co-chair of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce Tourism Committee from 2010-2013 and was the recipient of the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce’s Tourism Volunteer of the Year in 2011 and 2012. She currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Street Food Institute and is the recipient of the 2020 Burque’s Best Klout Award for Excellence in Social Media Marketing from the American Advertising Federation - New Mexico Chapter.
